We would like to inform you that the complaint form has been moved to DHL24 system. In its new version, the form is more intuitive and designed to make the complaint submission process easier and faster.

The form allows you to submit a complaint in two ways:
  • As a logged-in user – via the Submit a Complaint link, which provides access to the history of submitted complaints and real-time status updates,
  • As a guest user – via the Submit a Complaint link, intended for customers who do not have an account or are unable to log in.
